  • Process your Input Content to generate your personal AI models and subsequent Generated Content.

  • Store your Input Content and Generated Content in cloud storage for you to access later.

  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience and the Service's functionality. We use aggregated and anonymized Usage Data for this purpose.

  • IMPORTANT: We do not use your personal Input Content or Generated Content to train or improve our general AI models or for any other business process outside of providing the Service directly to you.

• To Communicate with You:

  • Send you administrative emails, including security alerts, account updates, and support messages.

  • Send you marketing and promotional communications, which you may opt out of at any time.

• For Security and Legal Compliance:

  • To prevent fraudulent activity and protect the security of our Service.

  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

Please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information you transmit to us, you do so at your own risk.

We retain your Input Content and Generated Content as long as your account is active to allow you to access them through the Service. You may delete your content or your entire account at any time through the app's settings. We may retain Usage Data and other anonymized data for analytical purposes for an extended period.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Account Information: You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account through the app's settings.

• Access and Deletion: You can access and delete your Input Content and Generated Content through the Service's interface. Deleting your account will permanently remove all of your associated data from our active databases, though backups may exist for a limited period.

• Promotional Emails: You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe link in those emails.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.
